Celebrating 170 Years!

1853-2023

At St. Matthew’s we are celebrating our 170th Anniversary this year. We are spending time looking at photos and memorabilia and remembering those families and members who helped form and sustain St. Matthew’s and who shared God’s love throughout Conestogo, Woolwich Township, Waterloo Region and the world over the years.

From April – June we are focusing on confirmation classes throughout the 170 years in our photo displays.

From July – September we will be focusing on the 20th Anniversary of the fire in the church and the journey to reopening the sanctuary.

From October – December we will be celebrating many happy events that took place at St. Matthew’s throughout our history.
