Our very special group of knitters meet each Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 o’clock and we begin our gathering with prayer for those who will receive the work of our hands.
Prayer shawls, prayer blankets, chemo caps and hats for premature babies are lovingly prepared each week. This is a very dynamic group! All are welcome to join. Skill in knitting/crocheting is not required as we learn from each other. We will even teach you how to knit!

As part of our 170th Anniversary celebration, our knitters were working on making 170 hats to share with others. As of the end of March, they have already made over 300 hats! They are making baby hats for Grand River hospital and winter hats for next winter.
